AMS will working with USACE Omaha District on replacing 4 units of 14” cooling water strainers, piping, and valves for the Ft Randall Damn on Turbines 2, 4, 6 & 8.
AMS will also be designing and installing 4” water outlet piping for each of the units we are replacing the strainers on.
All piping will be field welded, coated, and field insulated.
All existing pipe will be demoed and existing asbestos gaskets abated.
AMS will also be replacing the electrical for the strainers and pneumatically operated plug valves.
